WEDDING.
McKONE—TAYLER. i A prettty wedding was celebrated at S. Matthew's Church, on Mondaylast, the contracting parties being Miss' Elizabeth P. (Lilly) Tayler. eldest daughter of Mrs E. Tayler, of Masterton, and Mr William McKone, of Queensland. The bride was given away by her brother-in-law, Mr W. Winslade, and wore a handsome dress of white cloth, with silk facings and white leghorn hat, trimmed with white feathers.' The bridesmaid was Miss Nellie Williams, who was attired in a becoming dress of white liberty muslin. The best man was Mr W. Coatman, of Masterton. The marriage ceremony was performed by the Rev. A. M. Johnson, M.A.
A reception was subsequently held at the residence of the bride's mother, Perry Street, and the newlywedded couple left by the afternoon train for the South. The bride's travelling dress was a blue cloth with white facings. I
