Ihe Berlin Oouaoil has deoided to bring before the Federal Oounoil the question of the right of succession of the Duke of Cumberland and bis sons to the throne of the Duohy of Brunswink, at present under the regenov of Prinoe Albreoht of Prusaia, who was bom in 1837, and elected to the regency on October 21st, 1885.
