Mr Joseph Devlin, M.P., addressed a crowded meeting on the Irish Home Rule question, at the Town Hall, to-nigbt. Tne Hon. W. Hialop, Mayor of Wellington, presided. Resolutions in support of the movement were carried by acola matiou. |At the close of the meeting Sit Joseph Wafd made a speech, in whioh he expressed appreciation of the splendid work being done by Mr Devlin.
