The following penalties shall be carried by the winner of any race after declaration of weights: Of the value of 50 sovs, Gibs; of any .race or races of the collective value of 100 sovs, 81bs: 150 sovs, lOlbs: 300 sovs ! and over, 141bs, provided that any horse I handicapped at Bst lOlbs and over will only carry half these penalties.
