PROPOSED MEMORIAL., Received December 20, 7.24 a.m. LONDON, December 19. At a meeting of the theatrical profession, held in London, it was decided to erect a statue of the late Sir Henry Irving. Managers, actors, actresses, and dramatic authors in the United Kingdom and America have been invited to participate. Miss Ellen Terry ' is promoting a national memorial in the form of a museum, library, and picture gallery.
