UNRESERVED SALE OF FURNITURE.
Mr George G. Cork, who has disposed of his residence in Lincoln Koad, has given instructions to Messrs IJ. E. Howell and 00., Ltd., tc hold an unreserved sale of the whole of his household furniture. The furniture is a superior lot throughout, being nearly new and in flist-olass condition. Tha sale is announced to take placo on Friday next, Deoember 21.sc, at 1 o'clock sharp. Intending purchasers are invited to iuspoot the furniture at Mr Cork'B residence, "Wai-iti," auy time between now and the date of sale. A preliminary announcement appears in another column, and full particulars of the furniture will appear in a .luier issue. Messre R. E. Howell and 00. have conducted a number of most successful sales, anrt the latest announced should pnve no exception to the rule, as there will uo doubt be a large attendance of those who wish to add to their household furnishings at reasonable prioes.
