Y.M.C.A.

A meeting -of the Y. M.G.A. Picnic Committee was held last evening. Matters in connection with the piouio were reported to be progressing favourably. Arrangements were made to have musio on tiie grounds- The following officials for the day ware appointed:-—Han-dicappers, Messrs D. JB. Parton and A. Williams; Starter, Mr Jas. McGregor, bbmt. ; Judges, Messrs P. L. Hollings and J, Heyhoe; General Committee, Revs. J. Is. Buttle, A. M. Johnson, A. T. Thompson, and Messrs O. E. Daniel! and A. Donald, and the members of the Picnic Committee. It was reported that six boats- had entered for the hunt race. It was decided to hold another combined meeting on J/Vi.lay next at. 7 p.m.
