ACTION TO RECOVER DUTY. LONDON, December 14. . The executors of tne late Mr Wyanus, an American millionaire, who was domiciled in England at the time of his death, are taking legal proceedings to recover the sum of £IBO,OOO duty paid to the Crown on £1.600,000 worth of property outside the United Kingdom.
