AGREEMENT FOR EXCLUDING ARMS. LONDON, December 14. Besides the tripartite treaty preserving Abyssinia's integrity, Britain, France, and Italy have entered into an agreement regulating the entrance of aims and ammunition into their respective East African possessions.
