The Deputy Officnl Assignee intimated tnat, in view of the disclosures, he would, when the hooks had been examined by an ucconufcnnr, place the oast iu the hands of the Grown Solicitors, at Mssterton, and would be guided hy i.heai as to his future action. Meantime, any creditor might institute proceedings a.niust the debtor.
