BRUSH BETWEEN TROOPS AND TERRORISTS. Received December 12, 9.3 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Dec. 11. A band of terrorists, armed with rifles and bombs, tried to ambußh the Governor-General of Warsaw, who was expected to arrive by railway. The troops detected tbe ambush, whereupon the terrorists fired, killing one soldier and wounding several. After an exchange of shots the terrorists escapee!, one being wounded.
