THE NOBEL PEACE PRIZE.
Received December 12,10 a.m. NEW YORK, December 11. President Roosevelt will apply the Nobel Peace Prize, which has been awarded to him by the Norwegian Storthing, to the establishment in Washington of a permanent Industrial Peace Committee.
