FOREIGN ENGINEERS SEEK FLIGHT. Reoeived December 11, 1.15 a.m. PEKIN, Deoember 10. Foar thousand rioters at Pingbisiang, after attaoking the Government officials, marched on extenaive collieries from whence the foreign engineers fled to Chiangsha.
