THE ALGECIRAS TREATY. Received December 7, 9.41 p.m. PARIS, December 7. The French Chamber of Deputies voted confidence in the Government by 467 to 56, after M. Pichon explained that Franco and Spain were only forearming against risks of anarchy in Morocco. Intervention would only occur in the event of absolute necessity. Tho Chamber unanimously ratified the Algeciras Treaty.
