SHIP SUBSIDY BILL.
Received December 6, 9.40 p.m. NEW YORK, December 6. There i& a concensus of opiniou that the Ship Subsi Jy Bill will pass the Congress this sossion, giving, inter alia, an additional grant o£ forty-three thousand two hundred sterling annually to the San Francisco • Australian line. It is claimed that tho Bill will create ten new lines and raise ten thousand naval volunteers,; with a new fleet oi three hundred thousand tons serviceable in war time.
