THE KRONSTADT MUTINEERS.
Received December 4, 6.55 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Dec. 8. No fower than 683 of the Kronstadt mutineers have been sentenced to various terms of imprisonment, while the remaining 1,717 have been acquitted.
PRIVILEGES CONFERRED ON PEASANTS.
THE CZAR THANKED
Recoived December 4,10.28 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Dec. 4. Peasant delegates in the Zemstvos Assembly, at Moscow, telegraphed thanking the Czar for the privileges conferred upon the peasants under the recent laws. Twenty Constitutional Democrat delegates protested and lett tho Chamber.
