THE GALIFORNIAN DIFFICULTY. Received December 3, 9 50 p m. NEW JORK, Decembers. The Japanese Ambassador at Washington states that Japan has every confidence that President Roosevelt will adjust the Oalifornian difficultly, and had tbeiefore ceased to be agitated over the situation.
