An anonymous Liberal Imperialist writes to the Standard stating that a representative Liberal plainly informed hira that the Government's concessions relative to responsible government iu the Transvaal and Orangia was merely a prelude to an ultimate open retrocession as reparation for the war, whloh was considered an iniquitous outrage.
