RIFLE SHOOTING.
THE (OPAKI CLUB. i" The Opaki Rifle Club fired their fifj;h trophy competition yesterday afternoon. The day was bright but hot, and a trioky rear fish-tail wind was blowing. A feature of tbo day's shooting was Rifleman G. Hyde's registering th i "possible" at tbe 500 yards range. The fdllowling scores were registered: Hdp. 500 6uo 700 yds. yds. yds. T. R. J.
