A CYCLONIC DISTURBANCE.

The barquentine Silver Cloud, whiob arrived from Newcastle last evening, in latitude 24, south longitude 157.30 east passed through the centre of a oyolqnio disturbance. There was a tremendous sea from all points of the compass. The decks were flooded with heavy rain during the night, and the mastheads, yards. and stays were glimmering with "S. Elmo's lights."
