Bell', Labour representative for Derby in the House of Commons, speaking at a conference at Birmingham,, accused th«*offioials of the Associated Society of Locomotive Engineers fof making malicious misrepresentations to create a bad feeling against the officials of She Amalgamated Sooioty of Railway Servants. The former society refused to discuss the subject, and its representatives withdrew from the conference.
