ANNUAL MEETING. By Telegraph—Press Association. The annual meeting of the Union Steamship Company whs held] today. The directors' report recom mended a dividend of & pec aeot. for the half-year, making 8 per cent, for the year, and a bonus of 2 per aent. from the insurance fund. Tbo report and balanoe-sbeet were adopted. The Hon. Q. MoLean, who has oooupied the chairmanship of the directors from an early period of the Company's existence, did not seek re-eleotion in view of a visit about to be paid to Great Britain by himself and family. Mr Mills, managing director, read a resolution of the directors placing on record the directors' sense of the value of the services rendered by the Hon. G. MoLean. Oapt. Cameron, marine superintendent, who has just returned from the Home Country, was elected to All the vaoauoy on the board.
