Eeceived November 25, 5.17 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 24. The New York correspondent of the Times reports ihat the Labour Union at San Francisco is paramount, and has raised the wages one-half since the earthquake. Ihe city is full of desperadoes, who are engaged in robbing and murdering. During the night time the ho'el proprietors provide their customers with armed guards.
