ST. PAUL'S CATHEDRAL.
Received November 23, 8.30 a.m. LONDON, November 22. The Dean and Chapter of St. Paul's Cathedral consider that the London County Council's tunnelling operations in connection with the new relief sewer will imperil the Cathedral. The south-west tower already has a list of thirteen inches.
