Received November 22, 10.10 p.m. LONDON, November 22. Sixty Liberal members of tbe House of Comuions have decided to memorialize Sir Henry Bannerman disatisfaotion at tbe Government not adopting more prompt and definite steps for repatriating Chinese on the Rand.
