Terrorists, after billing a policeman*, robbed the Odessa Navigation Company's otfloe of four thousand roubles. AN ASSASSIN ARRESTED. Reoeived November, 21, 11.49 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Nov. 21. The assassin who killed the Commissary of Police at Kurgur, in the Perm district, bas been arrested.
