COST OF OPERATIONS. Receive-1 November 18, 8.80 a.m. BERLIN, November 19. The supplementary estimates presented to the Reichstng provide for £1,500,000 to cover the cost of the operations in South-west Africa. Four thousand troops will return to Germany in the spring, leaving 8268 in the field.
