VIOLATION OP THE BAIT REGU.LATIONS. two fishermen pined.

Two Newfoundland fishermen, named Dubois and Crane, were each fined five hundred dollars, in default three months' imprisonment, at Bay of Islands, for putting herrings on board an American vessel in violation of the bait regulations.
