THE PORTSMOUTH RIOT.
STOKERS TO BE COURTMART.IALLED. Received, November 16, 9.7 a.m. LONDON, November 15. In connection with the disturbances which, occurred last week among the in the naval barracks at Portsmouth, eleven of the men are to be courtmartialled. The order said to have been given by a lieutenant that the front rank on parade in the gymnasium should kneel is to be the subject of a court enquiry.
