A GERMAN BLUE-BOOK.
Received November 15,8.80 a.m. LONDON, November 14. A German Blue-Book shows that when resigning his position as Lieuten-ant-Governor of Assam, Sir Bamfykle Fuller reiterated his fears" that the withdrawal of the punitive action in quelling the discontent would bring Britisn rule into disrepute and cause law-abiding people to suffer.
