A GENERAL'S ESCAPE. Received November 14, 9.5 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Nov. 13. Wbile the Governor-General, M. Rennenkampf, wbs walking through the streets at Irkutsh, a bystander threw a bomb at him. The general was unhurt. His assailant was wounded and was subsequently arrested by, a soldier.
