PLAN AND SCHEDULE OF VALUATIONS APPROVED. By Telegraph—Press Association. DUNE-DIN, November 12. At a special meeting ot the Land Board, plan and schedule of valuations of the Plunkett (Oorriedale) Settlement, North Otago, were considered and approved. ' There were twenty-one sections, grouped into ten sub-divisions, in areas ranging from 16 to 847 acros, and rentals from 4s 6d to 20s per acre per annum.
