ARMS STOLEN FROM A SEVASTOPOL FORT. Received November 12, 8.51 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Nov. 11. Stone bombs, a laboratory and a printing press have been discovered at* Baku, the centre of the Caucasian oilfields. Twenty - one anarchists havejbeen arrested there. Ten masked robbers gained entrance to a Sevastopol gagged the officer commanding aud stole a t number of carbines. The garriscn ] were apparently asleep. Several sufpects bave been arrested. EXPLOSION OF A BOMB. THREE PEOPLE KILLED. Reoeived November 12, 11.45 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Nov. 12. During a search in unoccupied rcoms, at Tifiis, the drawing aside of a curtain caused the explosion of a bomb. Two uendarmes and a porter were killed, and three policemen were wounded. BY ORDER OF THE CZAR. Reoeived November 12, 11.45 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Nov. 12. Tie Czar has forbidden soldiers to join political organisations or agitations. Commanders will be dismissed if they knowingly tolerate infringements of the order. In future all communications between Tsarski e Snl» and Berlin wii.l be conduoted by wireless telegraphy.
