Eeceived November 9, 9.10 p.m. LONDON, November 8, A mysterious stranger, who, was afterwards identified as William Yates, of Blackburn, repeatedly showered bank notes and sovereigns among the Covent Garden porters and costers; also among the loafers and rabble following his carriage. He gave one porter one hundred pounds.
