SAN FRANCISCO STEAMERS.
TO BE OVERHAULED AT SYDNEY. By Telegraph—Press Association. - AUCKLAND, November 1. The agent of the Oceanic Steamship Company announces that the Sonoma will not leave Auckland for San Francisco until the 26th NovemberOwing to the scarcity of labour in San Francisco since the earthquake, it has been decided to lay all the boats up at Sydney for nearly one month for general overhaul, and it is anticipated that thereafter tho time-table date will be kept. Following the Sonoma, the Ventura leaves Auckland on the 21st Decombor, and the Sierra on the 11th January. . ■
