BUSH DISTRICTS A. AND P. ASSOCIATION.
Tho oommittee of tho Bash Districts A. and P. Association met in Woodville no Saturday last. Mr S. Bolton (President) occupied the chair, and there was a good attendance of members. It was resolved to inform an enquirer that tenders would be called for the privileges at the next meeting of the committee, and other enquirers that the advertising list could not be extended. A letter from the Railway 'lrafflo Manager to the effect that Show Beoretaries oould not be allowed to sign railway certificates as agent for the owners in the case of returned exhibits, was received, and thought to be very curious, in view of the fact that tho arrangement was started some years ago with tho entire concurrence of Sir Joseph Ward in order to minimise the inconveniences of the railway regulations. The judges list was made out, and it was thought that the selections ought to meat witn general approval, a point which the Oommittee earnestly desire to make. It was resolved to hold the mfetings of the oommittee in the evening, as the country members, for whose convenience they had lately been hoid in the afternoons, had not attended. It was resolved to set up a luncheon sub-committee to attend to the issue of luncheon tickets, as this has been rather haphazard in the paet. Considerable discussion took place as to the addition of a Bnok-jumjring Oompecition to the afternoon eveuts, and it was finally resolved to add one. It was stated that such competitions are exceedingly attractive, and it is expeoted to be one of the interesting features of "the Show.
