WOMAN SUFFRAGISTS.
SPEECH BY MR'KEIR HARDIE. Received Ootobar 29, 7.52 a.m. LONDON, October 28. Mr Keir Hardie, in the course of a speech, declared that he had tried to make his olass the ruling class. He expressed sympathy with the suffragettes, and declared that no Government ooold afford to continue sending women to gaol beoauae they demanded votes.
