(Sir Wilfrid Laurier, tbe Premier of Canada, addressing a Home Rule meeting at Ottawa, on October 15tb, declared tbat he was a Home Ruler. There was no true Canadian who was not. The way to acoomplish Imperial unity, he said, was to grant Home Rule to Ireland.)
