SIR WILFRID LAURIEK'S UTTERANOES CONDEMNED. Reoeived Ootober 28, 4.54 p.m. OTTAWA, Ootober 27. Some of tbe Canadian Orange Clubs condemn the recent Home Rule utterances of Sir Wilfrid Laurier. (Sir Wilfrid Laurier, tbe Premier of Canada, addressing a Home Rule meeting at Ottawa, on October 15tb, declared tbat he was a Home Ruler. There was no true Canadian who was not. The way to acoomplish Imperial unity, he said, was to grant Home Rule to Ireland.)

It is useless to ask the present House to pass a satisfactory measure.
