"EVICTED." The new and successful Irish drama deals witb the cruelties practised by unscrupulous landlords upon their unfortunate tenants. Be cause au innocent young Irish girl refuses to listen to words of love from her mother's landlord, she and her mother have a distraint put upon the farm, whilst her lover is transported for a crime of which he is entirely innocent. However, thanks to the endeavours of an Irish peasant girl and her lover, assisted by a kindly So/zgartb, the pJay ends with the marriage of the hero and heroine and the removal to prison of their enemy, the wicked landlord, together with a villainous accomplice of his named lira the Penman. There are many exciting incidents in the play. Evioted will be staged at the Town Hall to night, and tomorrow evening the n6W sensational and emotional drama "London life" will be produced.
