Received Ootober 23, 8.30 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Oot. 22. The police have arrested a score of men belonging to a Socialist flghtiug organisation. The men are charged with being concerned in many of the reoeut murderous crimes at Warsaw.

EXILED TO SIBERIA

Received October 23, 8.50 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Oot. 22. It is officially reported that since Ootober 30th thirty-five prisoners have been exiled to Siberia.
