HOME RULE.
Received Jotober 19, 11 p.m. LONDON, Ootober 19. The General Council of the Irish County Councils has resolved to intimate to the Government that the majority of people in Ireland expected to be governed according to Irish ideals. They would be satisfied with nothing less than a fnll measure of Home Rule. •
