Earl Carrington, upeaking at Thame, urged tenant farmers to ebow'tbat'tbey are in deadly earnest about the Land 'Tenure Bill, other* wisa the House of Lords would rejeat the measure. Whether farmers were granted a charter or not depended on their enthusiasm.
