Owing to clearly expressed protests from many sections of the Russian people, and the London and St. Petersburg committees, it ha-i been mutually agreed to indefinitely postpone the visit of the British deputation, which is to present the memorial and address to the Duma. The Monarchist JParty'at Moscow have telegraphed appealing to King Edward to prevent the visit, which is declared to be intended to encourage the Czar's enemies.
