Exceptionally fine weather was again experienced for the'concluding day of the Napier Park Raoing Club's spring meeting. The attendance was large for an off day, and the raoing was g°od. The sum of £6,152 was invested on the totalisator, making a total of £14,359 for the two days, an increase of £3,826 over last year's total. A new windmill and etaud have been erected. The jockeys' room, containing twelve bunks, has been improved and ventilated. Two bathrooms, with washing basins, have been provided, and two new bedrooms ereoted. The arrangements for the Spring Meeting are well is baud,, and there is every prospect of a suooeefsfal gathering.
