The Daily Telegrnph states that three armoured cruisers, whioh are being built at the Clyde and Elswick Works, prove to be really 25 to 27-knot turbine battleships of 17,250 tuns displacement, with a broadside Are as heavy as the Dreadnought's. The vessels are much faster than the Dreadnought and rather less heavily armoured.
