ALLEGED LARCENY.
Received October 5, 9.5 a.m. LONDON, October 4
Peroival, who was arrested in July iaat for alleged larceny of moneys belonging to the Trinity College, Melbourne, has been remanded for a month. Mr Marsham, the Magistrate, remarked that it was for the Victorian Government to consider whether the proceedings should be coniinued. As far as he wis aware, Peroival had been earning an honest living since he arrived in England.
