BRITAIN AND RUSSIA.
RELATIONS IMPROVED. Mr Haldane, Secretary of State for War, in the course of a speech at Haddington, stated that, thanks to the Anglo-Freuch entente, Britain's relations with Russia were much brighter and much better.
