MASTERTON TECHNICAL SCHOOL.
AN AfPUuATION FOR A GRANT. Messrs J. B. Keith, W. H. Jackson, and J. Ooradine, representing the Managers of the Masterton Technical School, waited on the Masterton Borough Council, last evening, and asked for a grant towards the School. Tho deputation pointed out that in severai other towns in the colony literal grants wore mado by the local bodies to the lonai Technical Schools. On the motion of C? Ewington, seconded by Cr Feist, the sum of £25 was voted to thw Technical School.
