Mr Lloyd George, speaking at Llanelly, dwelling on the prospeots of lioeneine ref<rm and the ultimate reform of the Hoube of Lords, hinted that neither reform would please the liberal extremists, who were dissatisfied because, as regards temperance, they were not getting what they could not have, and regarding the House of Lords they oppose the existence of a second chamber, and are unwilling to aooept line only thing practicable. Reform was impossible in that spirit or on those lines.
