A NATIVE RISING FEARED. Reoeived September 30, 4.46 p.m. LONDON, September 29. The Pietermaritzburg ; correspondent of the Daily Telegraph reports that there are apprebeusious of a serious rising of natives in Northern Zululand unless the ouooessorship of Sebepu, tbo late King Cetewayo'a uousin, is handled with tbe utmost tact. An infant i«on was appointed under a regent, but sixteen headmen, who are supporters of Msenteli, who claims the position, persist in inciting discontent. Msenteli is bringing a lawsuit to sedure a share of his father's possessions, and is appealing to Lord Elgin on the ground that be has been harshly and unjustly treated.
